Our Team

Jeanne Berry

From the age of 10, I’ve had big aspirations, including being the first female president of the US (lucky for the nation, that dream faded!). Blessed with an entrepreneurial spirit, I knew I would own a business doing something I loved. Today, RealTime Productions is my passion and lifeline. I enjoy creating lasting relationships with our clients and watching my team turn dreams into reality. I’m so proud of the work they do. If I’m not in the office, I’m at home or in Maui…but working. That’s the fun of this business; it’s not a 9-5 job, and I embrace the craziness.

Director, Project Management

I love events because of the end result – seeing the hard work payoff and come together to produce an experience. I look at all possible scenarios and strive for flawless execution. Handling budgets for our major events helps me see the big picture and challenges me to balance to the penny every time. I lead by example while mentoring others along the way. My family is key to keeping me balanced – with two energetic kids at home, my husband and I stay plenty busy!

Director of Business Development

I am first and foremost a connector, so working in the live-event arena is the perfect place for me to put together all the people I have met in the business over many years. I love seeing and hearing ideas flow when people meet face to face. After working with Teatro ZinZanni for 10 years, a highly energetic and visual environment is often my source of inspiration when we have team event brainstorm sessions. My idea of a successful work day is gathering all of the right people/vendors in the best venue to put a vision into real-time action. When I am not at work, I like to travel, go wine tasting and throw my own parties which sometimes include my little dog, Goldie Faun, in the invitation.

I’m definitely a unique character, starting with my name (it’s pronounced   “Kaylee Ryan”). Because of my diverse work history and educational background, I’m often asked if there’s any job I haven’t done (of course there is…). I delight in unearthing resources, resolving issues and crafting unique experiences. The best thing about having a broad range of talents is that I get to use them in this role, supporting my awesome team! A life-long student and fan-girl of efficiency, I am forever diving into some new interest . Don’t get me started on the danger of The Discovery Channel!

Senior Project Manager

I started out as the first remote employee at RealTime Productions, thinking my job was temporary and too good to be true. Fast-forward 17 years…I am still lucky enough to be managing the Southern California territory and loving every moment of my always-changing projects. I’m a Pisces and prefer to be near water any chance I get. My favorite things include laughing with my two amazing kids, running, dancing, traveling, dabbling in photography, reading cooking magazines, and dreaming of the day I can make gourmet meals again. Mac and cheese is the household favorite for now.

I’ve returned to my roots at RealTime Productions, the company I co-founded with Jeanne Berry, after raising a family in peaceful Buckley, WA. Bottom line…I love my job. To have a vision and make that vision come to reality is just plain amazing. Using my natural abilities and gifts towards creating events and managing logistics and budgets is pure joy. These days when I am not in front of my computer screen working I am at a gym watching my son or daughter play club and select volleyball, and I LOVE every minute of it! We often join in the fun and play too which is an excellent way to burn off steam. My family is just what I need to keep all the chaos of events in balance.

Archana Bhat

Event Manager

I love being part of a team with concrete goals and running an event is as concrete as you can get with a finite “ship” date being the event date. I consider myself a goal oriented person and love running events because I can drive so many pieces of the puzzle to closure. Being in charge of putting together deliverables and working with others to bring a client’s vision to fruition is a dream job as it utilizes my passions and skills.  While I am not busy with RealTime Productions clients, I am off traveling near and far with my kids and family exploring the outdoors and capturing it all with my photography. Sigmund, our Coonhound Shepard keeps me sane with his snuggles.

Sarah Cook

Senior Event Manager

I’m enthused about events. It’s not the event logistics that spurs me. It’s not the titles of speeches that make me curious.  It’s not even the trade-show design that stokes my creative juices.  It’s the people at the event:  the speakers, the attendees and the event team that drive my creative, curious side. And it’s those advancing technologies, science and art that make me enthusiastic about the projects that I take.  That’s the fun part of an event.  In fact, the best events are those when you don’t know I’m there.  As a fitness geek, there’s a part of an event that should be called ” The Onsite Endurance Workout! ” Forget about CrossFit gyms and spin classes, we event managers log serious miles onsite at a convention center- lugging endless boxes throughout the event. In a twisted sense, I love that too – the extreme physical workout. When I’m not running around a convention center or trade-show floor you can find me training for triathlons or at a reuse store looking for gears and gauges to use for the industrial lamps I create!

Every day is different when working in the event industry, which is why I find it to be so much fun. I love that I get to work in an environment that is fast-paced and challenging, and allows me to meet new and interesting individuals with all different backgrounds, goals, and visions. Discovering what excites and inspires our clients is the driving force behind the energy and creativity we, planners, use to bring a vision to reality. As someone who spent her college career creating artwork in a studio, I enjoy playing a part in bringing others’ ideas to life, just as I do my own. When not at work, I’m usually out hiking in the mountains or playing at the beach with my dog, Juniper, aka Junie B Jones.

With my energetic and enthusiastic personality, I thrive in the event industry! I love creating an event experience and bringing it to life. My background includes trade shows, expo halls, team-building activities, and corporate meetings. My favorite part events is the onsite experience. It may sound crazy but I enjoy working under pressure in fast-paced environments.Supporting our clients to reach their goals is truly satisfying. Outside of the job, I love staying active – especially when the sun comes out to play during Seattle summer-time. Walks around Green Lake, boating on Lake Union and going on hiking adventures with friends re-energizes me.

Senior Event Coordinator

I am not your typical event planner. When I first entered the field, my friends and family were somewhat surprised by my career choice. Events are fast-paced, highly stressful, and full of extroverts who feed off the energy – which I think can be intimidating for a lot of introverts like myself. But, I thrive on all of the opportunities to harness my creativity and learn new things on a daily basis. I’m so fortunate to work alongside some of the best people in the industry, so I feel successful when I’m able to bring value to these exceptional teams. Outside of the office, you can find me singing along (loudly and poorly) to my favorite bands/musicians, eating food (all of it), and exploring all of the wonderful things that the great Pacific Northwest has to offer.
